REFUND POLICY
We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience with TTT. But in case you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- The item(s) must be in the original condition with the original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, altered or missing parts will not qualify for a return.
- The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
- Please note that all our items are international shipped, the return shipping fees will be made at your own cost, unless the original products are defective.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, providing incorrect consignee's information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us ASAP.
- Please do not send the returned items to the address on your package. We will not accept any returns without contacting us first.
Return Procedure
Step 1: We accept return request via email. Please contact contact@tidetotide.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there is quality issue, please provide images of the faulty part. We will process your request within 24 hours.
Step 2: After receiving the return instructions from us, please choose a carrier and ship your item(s) to our warehouse.
Step 3: Within 3 business days after we receive your item(s), the refund will be issued to your account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us.
