Notes: Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• We have put a lot of focus on making sure that the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible.After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days process your order(Processing Time).You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.(If you didn't leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.)
• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and may take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, peak season or other accidental situations. 
• If there is any shipping issue with your package , please contact us ASAP.
• Please be sure to provide your address correctly with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, providingincorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
• Please noteif the delivery is failed due to incorrect consignee's information, the cost of re-delivery(If possible) will be charged separately. If the package can not be re-delivered within 10 days, the carrier may destroy the item(s). Please note that we are not responsible for any loss arising from such situations. 
• If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. As soon as the lackeditem(s) back in stock, we will ship it/themto you. If the shortage lasts more than 7 days, we will issue a refund to you for the item(s) not in stock.
• APO/FPO/DPO addressesare not supported.Some certain addresses are only supported by Express shipping, please note the optional shipping when you place the order.
